We\u2019re proud to share the success of our team, who developed the complete project documentation, provided expert supervision, and managed the construction process for the reconstruction of the \u201cRadni\u010dki Univerzitet\u201d building \u2014 now known as the \u201cVEGA IT Palace\u201d \u2014 located on Vojvo\u0111anskih Brigada Street in Novi Sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An investment by the company VEGA IT<\/strong>, valued at around 17 million euros, the project involved the reconstruction of a former city landmark \u2014 a 13-story building transformed into approximately 6,500\u202fm\u00b2 of completely new workspace for over 550 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The architectural concept design was created by the team of Kuzmanov and Partners<\/strong> \u2013 who, through a vision of preserving the verticality and identity of the original building, successfully integrated a modern glass frame and greenery in the form of a \u201ccurtain\u201d on the fa\u00e7ade. TIM In\u017eenjering Sistem played a key role as the lead designer of architecture, structure, and installations \u2014 including specialized fire protection systems, such as the high-pressure water mist system, which represents one of the first implementations of its kind in Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reconstruction process began in late 2021, and by the end of 2023, the fa\u00e7ade and roof were completed \u2014 followed by interior works and the landscaping of the plazas in front of and behind the building. The project and construction were successfully brought to completion, and the building was officially opened in late November with an exhibition titled \u201cThen and Now\u201d by academic painter Svetlana Ninkovi\u0107 held in the lobby \u2014 symbolizing a new beginning for the cultural and business life of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
